sriracha chicken dip

The countdown is on! We are just days away until the “big game” and I am in complete game-time mode. I have been busy planning my menu and even have specialty drinks in honor of the two teams playing this year.

As usual, when it’s time to stock up on game time essentials, I head on over to my local Walmart for the best variety of snacks and party foods to please all of my guests. I was intrigued by some of the new products I spotted while shopping, like Cheez-It Crunch’d. This new snack was on display right in the middle of store, near the soda aisle, and immediately caught my eye. The Cheez-It Crunch’d was available in two flavors, Cheddar Cheese and Hot and Spicy. I picked up a bag of the Cheddar Cheese flavor to munch on for game time.

IMG_9576We are huge Cheez-It fans in my house. I love how Cheez-Its are dedicated to using only 100% real cheese which is baked into every delicious cracker. In addition to the Cheez-It Crunch’d, I also picked up some Cheez-It Grooves and Pringles (I love the Tortilla Chip flavors) to go along with the Sriracha Chicken Dip I plan to make for the “big game.”

If you have never had Sriracha Chicken Dip, let me introduce you now. I apologize in advance because you are going to love this dip. It is just too good and you will crave it over and over again (like I do).

To begin the Sriracha Chicken Dip, I shredded two cups of cooked chicken (I picked up a fresh roasted chicken from the Deli area at Walmart to make this recipe even easier). I then added the sriracha sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese and ranch dressing in an oven-safe dish and combined.

Once combined, I placed the dish in the oven and let it bake uncovered for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. No need to stress when entertaining guests by prepping fussy recipes, this recipe couldn’t be any easier which makes it the perfect party food.

To serve, I topped the dip with chopped green onions and served it on the side with celery sticks and Cheez-It Grooves and Pringles Tortilla Chips.

The Cheez-It Grooves and Pringles were the perfect dipping partner for this Sriracha Chicken Dip. I loved how the dip oozed through the ridges in the Cheez-It Grooves to provide the perfect amount of dip in every bite.
