Wick’s Pies Recipe Challenge
This recipe is my entry in the “Dessert Category” for the Wick’s Pies Recipe Challenge. For this recipe challenge, I had the chance to work with Wick’s pie crust for my recipe. I combined three of the Wick’s Pies raw circles into a dough ball, then sprinkled it with flour to roll out my pizza pie crust.

After baking until golden and bubbly, the dessert is drizzled with a simple vanilla glaze for a sweet finishing touch.
It’s an easy, impressive dessert that tastes like peach pie and cheesecake combined in every slice.
