Luxury Caviar Service Comes to South Jersey

I received an invitation from Luxury Caviar Service to attend their private launch party.

Last night, I attended a private launch party with Luxury Caviar Service, a new luxury caviar experience coming to New Jersey. Caviar is experiencing a remarkable resurgence, quickly becoming one of the fastest-growing culinary trends in luxury dining and events.

From timeless caviar service to innovative presentations, guests experienced why caviar is having such a major moment in luxury dining.

The launch celebration showcased some of their offerings, including their signature roaming caviar belt services, an interactive tasting station featuring four exceptional caviar varieties (my favorite was the Italian White Sturgeon), and a roaming cannoli service to end on a sweet note.

As part of the tasting, Lauren introduced us to some of the caviar offered by her company, including an osetra variety from Poland, smoked trout roe, Italian white sturgeon and kaluga, all of which were delicious in their own way and of the highest quality. The caviar was served on its own, with potato chips, eggs and chives or traditionally with Blinis and crème fraîche. For the cannolis, we were offered chocolate chip or pistachio.
