Tucked in the heart of Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, FlyDining Puerto Rico offers a unique dining experience. If you thought dinner with a view in Puerto Rico meant a beachside table in San Juan, think again. FlyDining Puerto Rico takes things to an entirely different level with views like you have never seen before, while suspended high above the ground by a crane.
This adrenaline-meets-gourmet experience invites guests to strap in, lift off, and savor a multi-course meal while soaking in sweeping island views. It’s part fine dining, part thrill ride, and 100% unforgettable.
What to Expect at Fly Dining Puerto Rico
Fly Dining Puerto Rico is in a neighborhood of San Juan away from the hotel district. For ease, use the restaurant Elevado as your target location. You will access Fly Dining by walking through the restaurant Elevado, where you will check in and wait in your queue. While waiting, there are photo backdrops and areas to snap a quick photo or grab a cocktail before strapping in.
When it was time for our reservation, we received some safety guidelines. We took our seats and were buckled in with a secure safety harness, which was double-checked by the staff. Once everyone is secure, the platform rises.
Suspended in the sky, we were served a multi-course meal prepared and plated on-site. The chef works at the center of the table, and the support staff serves the plated courses. The dinner is well-timed, and I thought the food was very good. My son and I ordered different dishes, and we were both very pleased with our entree choices. After dessert is served, the platform gently descends, and the FlyDining experience comes to an end.
