PREPARATION
To prepare LA-style Danger Dogs, wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon. Preheat your grill and carefully place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the hot surface, cooking until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through, about 8-10 minutes. While they’re cooking, prepare your toppings. Slice various fresh onions and peppers and sautee them on a grill pan. Once the Danger Dogs are ready, place them in a soft, toasted bun and generously top with the grilled peppers and a spoonful of Desert Pepper Trading Company Cantina Salsa. Serve immediately and watch them disappear as your friends cheer for their favorite team!
