Heat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
Take each hot dog and wrap it with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through.
In a separate skillet, add a little oil and sauté the diced onion and bell pepper over medium heat until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

nce the hot dogs are ready, place each bacon-wrapped hot dog into a toasted bun. Top with the sautéed onions and peppers.
Generously drizzle Desert Pepper Trading Company Cantina Salsa over each hot dog. If desired, add other toppings for extra flavor.
