Blend one 16 oz jar of Desert Pepper Trading Company Peach Mango Salsa
Add the chicken to a bowl and pour the blended mixture over chicken and marinate for two hours
Remove the chicken and thread on skewers
Pour the leftover marinade into a saucepan and boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently
Grill skewers on medium heat, turning frequently for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Baste with marinade as you grill.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onion
Serve on a platter with lime wedges, chips and salsa on the side
