Marinate chicken breast in 1/2 cup of sesame sauce/dressing making sure to coat both sides. On hot grill or griddle pan, grill chicken breasts. Baste chicken breasts with reserved sesame sauce/dressing while chicken is grilling (being careful not to cross-contaminate your baste). Once chicken is fully cooked, remove from grill or griddle pan and slice thin. Place chicken on bed of Eat Smart Sesame Bok Choy Salad from the kit. Top with sesame seeds. Dress salad with dressing included in kit and serve warm.
