Rumchata Raspberry Cream Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh raspberries
  • 3 ounces of light cream
  • 2 ounces of Rumchata
  • 1 ounce of Raspberry Vodka
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Place fresh raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail glass and muddle. In a cocktail shaker, add the light cream, Rumchata, and raspberry vodka over ice and shake. Add ice to cocktail glass on top of raspberries and strain liquor mixture over muddled raspberries. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve.
