We are kicking off summer with a make-your-own shandy-style strawberry lemonade beer. This delicious, seasonal cocktail is perfect for sipping on the porch and appeals to both beer and cocktail lovers. Bonus, make it by the pitcher for a convenient way to serve your Memorial Day guests.
Strawberry Lemonade Beer
This Strawberry Lemonade Beer is such a fun, summertime cocktail. It is light and refreshing but still gives you the full-bodied mouth feel of a cocktail. Beer cocktails combine beer with various spirits and mixers. Some beer cocktails you may be more familiar with include a Michelada or event a black and tan.
It starts with fresh strawberries, sugar and fresh lemon slices.
The fruit is then topped with a mixture of beer and lemonade vodka.
