Who has a ton of leftover Halloween candy? This was an interesting year for my little trick-or-treaters. We went to an awesome Trunk or Treat the week before Halloween, trick or treated at both schools and then trick or treated in our neighborhood so to say we have a lot of candy around would be an understatement.
Having a lot of candy isn’t all bad news. I’ve been able to make candy goodie bags for my mom (who has a ridiculous sweet tooth), filled my work’s candy jar several times over and use the candy for unique recipes – like this Spiked Snickers Milkshake.
Snickers are by far my most favorite candy bar – ever. I can remember sending my husband to the local convenience store while pregnant with both children to pick up king-sized Snickers. The kids always put them aside for me because they are not a fan which suits me perfectly because Snickers are my weakness.
Today, I am taking my love of the Snickers and my love of cocktails and combining the two to create a Spiked Snickers Milkshake. The Spiked Snickers Milkshake begins with caramel and chocolate coated glasses which are filled with a perfect blend of caramel vodka, caramel, chopped snickers, vanilla ice cream and chocolate. The Spiked Snickers Milkshake is finished with whipped cream and even more chopped Snickers. It is a Snickers-lovers dream come true.

If you find yourself looking for a way to deplete your never-ending supply of Halloween candy why not invite your friends over for some boozy milkshakes? These Spiked Snickers Milkshake will wow the crowd and get your weekend started on a high note. I think boozy milkshakes also make a great adult dessert.
Spiked Snickers Milkshakes for everyone! Cheers!
