Spicy Beer Cheese Fondue + Miller’s Banana Pepper Sauce

For the Spicy Beer Cheese Fondue, I made it with Miller’s Banana Pepper Sauce. Miller’s Banana Pepper Sauce brings together creamy, zesty, and savory flavors in every bite. The sauce adds just the right amount of heat and tang, perfectly complementing the sweetness of fresh crab meat. Preparation

To make a spicy beer cheese fondue, start by cubing 7 ounces each of gouda and provolone cheese and lightly dusting them with corn starch and setting them aside. In a large saucepan, heat 1 cup of your favorite beer (a lager or pale ale works well) over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling. Add 1 minced garlic clove and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Slowly stir in the cheese, a handful at a time, allowing it to melt smoothly. For a spicy kick, 1/3 cup of Miller’s Mild Banana Pepper Sauce and continue stirring until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Serve with an assorment of your favorite dippers. I chose grapes, apples strawberries, raw broccoli, smashed mini potatoes, sliced filet mignon and cocktail weiners. You can also add crackers and cubed bread.
