dirty girl scout

Would you like to buy some Girl Scout cookies?

How many boxes have you bought so far? I have five box order headed my way and I can’t wait. There’s just something about Girl Scout cookies that draw me in. Maybe it’s the idea of supporting a good cause or maybe it’s just the lure of a $5 box of sugar and carbs that keeps me wanting more.

Yeah, let’s be real, it’s definitely the latter. Girl Scout cookies are addicting and my guilty pleasure this time of the year.

Until my stash of cookies arrive from my favorite little Girl Scout I will have to satisfy my cookie urge with this Naughty Girl Scout Shot recipe. Just think of it as a thin mint cookie that packs a huge punch.

What makes this Naughty Girl Scout Shot recipe so much fun is how simple it is to prepare. Like many of the cocktails I post here, you don’t have to be a professional mixologist to prepare this drink. With just three simple liquors and your handy cocktail shaker you just pour, shake and serve.

The Dirty Girl Scout Shot recipe is made with equal parts Kahlua, Baileys and Creme de Menthe. If the shot is too strong for you try adding a splash of cream to cut the liquor. You can also serve this shot over ice as a double for a nice sipping drink to keep you warm by the winter fire or straight-up as a martini.
