This Naked Brownie and Peanut Butter Powder Protein Parfait recipe is a sponsored post in collaboration with Naked Nutrition. All opinions are my own.
My all-time favorite flavor combination has to be chocolate and peanut butter. I have a killer sweet tooth, and the sweet and salty mix always seems to hit the spot and satisfy my cravings. My go-to chocolate dessert of choice is a brownie. I will always choose a brownie over cookies, cakes and pies. So, when Naked Nutrition asked me if I wanted to try their products and create a recipe using Naked Nutrition in my ingredients, I knew the recipe I wanted to create: a Naked Brownie and Peanut Butter Powder Protein Parfait.

PREPARATION
To begin, I started with the Naked Brownie mix from Naked Nutrition.
Naked Brownie is a high-protein, low-sugar brownie baking mix that starts with premium whey concentrate protein. Then coconut sugar, sea salt, and other natural ingredients are added to create decadent, guilt-free brownies that’ll help you increase protein intake for more energy, stable appetite, and better post-workout recovery. Easy to make, each serving provides 15g of protein, 9g of sugar, and 230 calories for a balanced and satisfying protein treat.
Once the brownies were cooled, I began assembling the rest of the ingredients for the parfaits.
To start, I used Naked PB to make the yogurt parfait filling. Naked PB has only one ingredient: powdered peanut butter made from slow-roasted, non-GMO, US-grown peanuts. It is low in calories and fat, perfect for those looking to add more protein to a plant-based diet. It has no additives or artificial sweeteners.
I combined the Naked PB with plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Once prepared, I chopped some fresh strawberries to add fruit to the protein parfaits.
