A super secret weapon of mine are fruit smoothies. This Cherry Berry Smoothie is one of the best smoothie recipes I’ve ever tasted.
Cherry Berry Smoothie
The perfect heart healthy smoothie
Servings: 3
Ingredients
- 2 containers 5 oz. each Yoplait® Greek Cherry or Strawberry Blended Yogurt
- 1 1 ⁄2 cups Cascadian FarmTM Frozen Organic Sweet Cherries
- 1 ⁄2 cup Cascadian FarmTM Frozen Organic Strawberries
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover & blend on high speed, about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses and serve immediately.
