June is Dairy Month which means it’s time to celebrate #AllThingsDairy!

Fresh nutritious dairy foods like milk, cheese and yogurt don’t just taste delicious; they’re good for your body. Dairy foods are the #1 source of calcium in most individual’s daily diet and offer 9 essential nutrients.  Milk and dairy products are fresh 365 days a year, making Dairy Month a great time to think about exciting, nutrient rich combinations like creative grilled cheese sandwiches, refreshing desserts and flavored milk ideas.

Some of my favorite milk and dairy recipes from the blog include:

Another one of my favorite tricks to serve up milk in a fun cup of hot chocolate. One of the most popular recipes here is for this Christmas-inspired Grinch Green Hot Chocolate.

  1. Thanks for sharing such wonderful recipe, as it was much needed for my milk hater kids. Banana milk and chocolate banana peanut milk seems to be very delicious and healthy.

  2. Wow!! Such a wonderful list! I would love to try the caramel milk. Thanks for including my recipe for rose milk 🙂 Hope you try and like it!!!

  3. How Fun! I’d love to drink the Chocolate Banana & Peanut Butter Milk and the Chocolate Marshmallow Milk. And I am sure the littles would love some of these too. Yum!

  4. What great ideas to get more milk into the diet! My kids won’t drink a plain glass of milk. But vamped up like these?? They’d be all over it. Thanks!

  5. I love warm milk on evenings where I feel restless and can’t get to sleep. Vanilla is so simple but relaxing. Great list of fun mixes for kids and adults. We’ve been trying to make our syrups homemade and strawberry is next up on the list and is sitting in the fridge for this afternoon’s taste test. The Chocolate Marshmallow might just be after that one with these kids.

  6. What a fun post! This is great for picky kids who don;t want to drink their milk (like MY daughter) lucky for me she is a yogurt maniac! I am all over the caramel milk and she just might like the strawberry…I’m going to have her try it!!
