When it comes to desserts (and booze), I always look to my food crush, Colleen of Souffle Bombay. Colleen is half Irish and the girl can hang – both in the kitchen and in the bar. Oh, I can’t say enough about this woman. She is my girl. Colleen recently shared a “Better than the Original” Homemade Irish Cream on her blog so Colleen’s contribution to this round up uses her own recipe, but feel free to use the store bought kind.

First of all…Love you back to pieces!! We need a night out soon! Second…Irish Potatoes are a regional thing? I had no idea! I was at my Grammy’s knee (and beyond) as she made them year after year. I just though everyone made and ate them lol! Third! SO much deliciousness happening here! Those Marshmallows!! The Irish Cream Bread Pudding, your cocktail and the Bailey’s Chocolate Raspberry Parfait just for starters….I wish I could order through the screen!
