The Buzzed Bunny Easter Cocktail

The perfect Easter cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1 small piece of ginger root finely grated
  • 1 oz. sweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 oz fresh carrot juice
  • juice from half of a lemon
  • 1.5 oz gin
  • mint sprig

Instructions

  • Prepare cocktail shaker with ice.Grate ginger directly into cocktail shaker. Add remaining pineapple juice, carrot juice, lemon juice and gin. Shake cocktail shaker vigorously. Strain into over ice into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon slice and fresh mint sprig.

Notes

While drinking, press mint into bottom of glass with cocktail stirrer or straw to release oils from the mint for extra flavor.
