Instructions
Cook onions and garlic in a pan over medium heat until translucent. Slice jalapeño peppers lengthwise. Add crumbled sausage to pan with onions and garlic, and cook until done. Line oven-safe baking dish with sliced jalapeños. Fill jalapeños with crumbled, cooked sausage. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of salsa per pepper and with Borden® Cheese Finely Shredded Four Cheese Mexican Shreds. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve with guacamole to dip.
