In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.

Using buttered hands, take a palm-sized amount of the mixture and form each portion into a small wreath. Decorate with candies.
