4oz.1/2 of an 8 oz. pkg Cracker Barrel Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2cupsvanilla ice cream
10sugar cones
Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Break each of the ice cream cones in half, lengthwise. Reserve any crumbs for another use. Arrange all items on a serving platter.
To prepare as bite sized treats, use a tablespoon measure to pre scoop the ice cream onto the sugar cone pieces. Please them on a baking sheet and put them in a freezer until ready to serve. Finish by adding slices of cheese and berries.
Notes
Special Extra: Any leftover sugar crumbs should be saved and used as a topping for ice cream sundaes.
