Kelly serves her Peach Melba Bellini as part of her Saturday brunch menu.

Ingredients

  • Peach Puree
  • Raspberry Liquer
  • Chilled Prosecco

Instructions

  • Add 1/2 ounce of peach puree and 1/2 ounce of raspberry liquer to the bottom of a champagne flute.
  • Add chilled Prosecco and serve.

Notes

Kelly keeps her Prosecco in the versatile Perfect Temp Drawer in her Electrolux French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator so she can adjust the setting to serve it at the ideal temperature (between 28 to 42 degrees).
