Mexican Mule

A unique twist on the Moscow Mule, the Mexican Mule is made with ginger beer and tequila.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl. oz. Tequila
  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 1 fl. oz. Lime juice
  • 1/2 fl. oz. sugar syrup
  • 2 x small pieces of ginger
  • 1 x lime wedge to garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle ginger and combine remaining ingredients into a shaker. Shake, then strain into a copper mug and top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Add crushed ice and a lime wedge to garnish. Enjoy your dirnk!
