1. Cut and squeeze all the lemons over a colander into a bowl. This way you don’t get the pulp or seeds in the juice.
2. Once the lemons are all squeezed put juice in a measuring cup and set aside
3. In a small saucepan put 2 cups of raw sugar, 2 cups of water and 3-4 sprigs of mint together and bring to a simmer. Once the sugar is dissolved remove from heat. Make sure you discard the mint before adding it to the lemonade mixture
4. Take about 10-15 mint leaves and cut up into smallish pieces
5. In a large pitcher or Drink Dispenser put ice in, use a lot since the lemon juice and simple syrup are both warm.
6. Pour in the lemon juice, 8 cups of water, 2 cups of simple syrup and fresh mint. Stir and
