Stack two pancakes on a plate. Use a table knife or kitchen scissors to cut one of the pancakes into pieces for the ears and the bow tie. The two outside pieces are the ears and the inner piece is the bowtie (see photo). Arrange the ears and the bowtie around the stack of pancakes so it looks like a bunny rabbit. To make the bunny's face, put the two blueberries on the top pancake where the eyes should be. Put the strawberry where the nose should be and place the mini marshmallows right under the strawberry nose. Place the M&M in the middle of the bowtie.
