2-Minute Paleo Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • handful of sliced green onions
  • sweet peppers sliced and scooped out.
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine tuna, avocado, tomatoes and onions together. Add sunflower seeds, if using. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff prepared peppers with a small amount of tuna salad. Serve and enjoy.
