- 1 can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna
- 1 avocado mashed
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- handful of sliced green onions
- sweet peppers sliced and scooped out.
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine tuna, avocado, tomatoes and onions together. Add sunflower seeds, if using. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff prepared peppers with a small amount of tuna salad. Serve and enjoy.
