Preparation
To begin, I quickly sautéed a bag of packaged cole slaw mix in a pan over medium heat. I then prepared the Nashville hot chicken.
Once the prepared coleslaw mixture and the chicken were slightly cooled, I used the Twin Dragon Egg Roll Wrappers. Filling each egg roll wrap with 1-2 teaspoons of the coleslaw mix and 3-4 small pieces of Nashville Hot Chicken.
I then fried the egg rolls in oil and drained them on a paper towel. Nashville Hot Chicken is traditionally served with pickles, so I served my Nashville Hot Chicken Fried Egg Rolls with pickles, too!
The result — a wild mix of flavors that packs a ton of heat. Perfect for game day or even as a party-time appetizer.
