Preparation

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, banana pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and spices. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in shredded cheese and gently fold in the lump crab meat, making sure everything is evenly combined. Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra shredded cheddar, and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. To serve, garnish with fresh parsley or chives and serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Miller's Banana Pepper Sauce, Hot
  • 16 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • juice of a lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients except crab meat and cheese in a large bowl until combined. Gently stir in crab meat until well-mixed.
  • Spread mixture into baking dish. Sprinkled evenly with cheese. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until the cheese or melted and the dip is heated. Serve with crackers and bread dippers.
