Individual Baked Tortilla Apple Pie Cups
A delicious and impressive apple pie dessert.
- 3 gala apples peeled and sliced
- 2 flour tortillas large
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons spiced whiskey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Using the rim of a large glass, cut out circles from your tortillas and placed in muffin tin. Brush sells with coconut oil and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. You should get about 2-3 from each tortilla. Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
Peel and slice apples. Over medium heat add sliced apples, brown sugar, sugar, spiced whiskey and cinnamon and cook until most of the liquid is gone and apples are soft. Fill each baked tortilla cup with about 2 tablespoons of pie filling and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
