Grapefruit and Coconut Mojito

A delicious variation to the traditional mojito

  • 1.5 ounces Grapefruit Rum
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • splash of Coconut Rum
  • 2 ounces pink grapefruit juice
  • 3 ounces coconut water
  • small bunch of mint leaves
  • splash of sparkling grapefruit soda


  • Combine Grapefruit Rum, simple syrup, Coconut Rum, grapefruit juice and Coconut Water in cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. Place mint leaves in bottom of collins glass and muddle. Top with crushed ice. Pour mixture over ice. Top with a splash of grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and mint leaves.
