Garlic Fries

  • 4 large white potatoes
  • vegetable oil for frying potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of crushed garlic
  • 1 TBS of garlic powder
  • 1 TBS of kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup of chopped curly parsley


  • Cut potatoes into french fries (or use your handy kitchen gadget like me)
  • Fry potatoes until golden and crisp
  • While still hot, place french fries in large bowl and toss with crushed garlic, garlic powder, salt and curly parsley.
  • Serve hot.


Optional: Serve with ketchup as a condiment.
Note: If your fries get a little soggy, that's OK. Just grab a fork and dig in!
