Green Grape Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sliced green grapes
  • 1 cup of chopped cooked tomatillos
  • 1 small chopped jalepeno
  • Half medium red onion chopped
  • Handful of cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Juice from half a lime

Instructions

  • Combine first four ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add cilantro and spices, gently mix. Squeeze half of lime onto green grape salsa and gently mix again to incorporate. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Jalepeno can be deseeded to reduce heat. Adjust salt to taste.
