Edamame and Grape Salad

  • 1 cup of steamed shelled edamame
  • 1 cup of red seedless grapes
  • 1/4 red onion sliced thin
  • 3 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • pinch of salt


  • Combine edamame, grapes and onions in a medium-sized bowl.  Add vinegar, lemon juice and salt.  Mix to combine, add salt to taste.
