Irish Potato Candy Cocktail

  • 5 large scoops of vanilla icecream
  • 1.5 ounces of Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 TBS of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of Sugar
  • Dollop of whip cream optional


  • Combine ice cream, whiskey, coconut milk, cream cheese, cinnamon and sugar in a blender. Combine until smooth.
  • Top with whip cream and an extra sprinkling of cinnamon for garnish.
