To make the marinade, finely chop the garlic and place in a bowl with the olive oil, adobo seasoning, cinnamon, lime juice, cumin and salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Coat the salmon in the marinade and place in glass bowl or dish and allow to rest, covered, in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Preheat grill to hot. Cook over medium-high heat until cooked through. To serve garnish with lime wedges.
