Grilled Sriracha Sesame Chicken Wings

- 2 lbs cleaned chicken wings drums and wingettes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- salt
- pepper
Clean drums and wingettes and toss liberally in olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken wings of hot grill, turning regularly to prevent burning. Placed grilled wings in a large bowl and add butter and sriracha. Toss to cover and fully coat the wings. Once completely covered in the sriracha, add one teaspoon of sesame seeds to the bowl and toss again. Finish with sprinkling of salt. Serve with blue cheese, carrots and celery.
