Edamame and Grape Salad

Ingredients

cup
of steamed
shelled edamame
1
cup
of red seedless grapes
1/4
red onion
sliced thin
3
tsp
of balsamic vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Combine edamame, grapes and onions in a medium-sized bowl. Add vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Mix to combine, add salt to taste.
