New Hard Rock Cafe menu items have been released nationwide across the United States as well as in Europe. Hard Rock Cafe’s menu items take center stage after more than 14 months of culinary development, intensive research and guest evaluation.
All the new items keep in line with Hard Rock’s core menu concept of scratch-based, all-American favorites that resonate with diners around the world. Popular new menu items added include entrees like the Cowboy Rib Eye and a Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich. Changes were also made to classics such as the Grilled Norwegian Salmon and the Legendary Burger.
Hard Rock also found that some menu items were a guest favorite just the way they were – or with minor modifications. For the appetizers, the “Nachopalooza” now includes two layers of mixed cheeses with the option to add new toppings and the “Rockin’ Wings” are now formulated with signature smoked 10-spice rub and a choice of Classic Rock, Tangy or Heavy Metal Sauces.
Hard Rock also spent six months researching what quenches guests’ thirst. Hard Rock took this menu redesign as an opportunity to put itself at the forefront of drink innovation with the introduction of new drink serving vessels and techniques. The Air Mexico, a sampling-sized portion of Hard Rock’s classic tasty margaritas, allows guests to choose three flavors, including Watermelon, Mango, Cucumber, Blue Curacao, Pomegranate or Wildberry, served with a portion of chips & house made salsa.
In addition, the Red Berry Press, Hard Rock’s unique, sweet fruit cocktail made with fresh hulled and sliced strawberries, fresh raspberries, lemonade, lemon-lime soda, and Clementine Vodka, garnished with a lemon wedge is served in a coffee-press style vessel that infuses fruit into the cocktail throughout the drinking process.
If you have a hankering for something sweet, then the new Hard Rock Cafe menu items will surely please you. The new beverage menu also features cocktails with ingredients such as spiced brown sugar, salted caramel, chocolate and even bacon as well as several new alcoholic and non-alcoholic milkshakes. Of course, there are also plenty of scrumptious desserts including the mouth-watering Oreo Cheesecake (one of my personal favorites) and a classic hot fudge brownie sundae.
After previewing some of the new Hard Rock Cafe menu items I can tell you their newest menu is sure to please. The items are delicious, innovative and on trend with the latest developments in the food and drink industry.
FOODIE TRAVEL TIP – Hard Rock Care in Philadelphia has a fantastic summer promotion where kids eat free every day of the week. Additionally, many of the other locations nationwide offer happy hour specials, including $5 margaritas and other specialty drinks. It’s time to stop thinking of Hard Rock as just a tourist location. The food is fantastic and should definitely be enjoyed both when traveling AND when you are exploring your very own city. We can’t wait to take our boys to the Philadelphia location and take advantage of their kids eat free promotion!
GGG was offered a preview of many of the new menu items during a media preview. Opinions are always my own.
