This Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Pizza had me at hello. What’s not to love? The sausage, the hash browns, the crescent rolls and the cheese. Nothing says “good morning” better than a breakfast like this.

I love breakfast foods. It is probably my favorite kind of meal outside of dessert, of course. I love pancakes, waffles, omelets and home fries. But here’s the thing – I also like pizza. So, today, I married the two together – part breakfast, part pizza.

To begin, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Then, cook the sausage and drain and separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased pizza pan with the points toward the center.

Then, press over the bottom and sides to form a crust before spooning the sausage over and sprinkle with potatoes and top with cheese.

I then topped the crust, sausage and potatoes with cheese and the beated egg mixture before pouring onto crust and baking in a 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. And, when I say golden brown, I mean gorgeous, ooey-gooey golden brown. The egg cooks up, the crescent rolls get nice a crispy and the potatoes are softened. Pure breakfast pizza perfection.
